下記のような警告メッセージがきました。
自分なりに手順にそって修正いたしましたが、昨日同じ内容の警告メッセージがきたので連絡させていただきました。どこか修正ミスがあったのかもしれません。
もし問題があるようでしたら、すぐに修正したいと思いますので、修正ヶ所と手順を詳しくご連絡いただいればと思います。

I have received a warning message as follows;
I checked by myself amended the errors along the procedure, however the same warning message reached to me.
So I contact to you for your advice. I am afraid that there would be any mistakes in my amendments.
If you find any problem, please inform me of the errors to amend and the procedure in details.
Then I will amend them immediately.
