■業務内容
amazon.co.jpにある商品と同じものを、タオバオやアリババから探す仕事です。
■報酬
商品１件完了につき$0.7
商品パッケージやスペックなど、amazon.co.jpと異なる商品の場合はカウントしません。
一か月に100～500件程度のお仕事です。

・タオバオやアリババに詳しい人。
・word・Excel・Skype利用できる人。
Product research work on Taobao and Alibaba
I am Japanese.
I am recruiting 5 people for research work for business expansion.
■Job description
The job is to search for the same products sold at amazon.co.jp in Taobao and Alibaba.
Products whose packaging or specifications are different from amazon.co.jp do not count.
Approximate monthly volume is about 100-500 products.
■Qualifications
・Be familiar with Taobao and Alibaba.
・Be able to use Word, Excel, and Skype.
・出来れば日本語が話せる方。中国語がわかる人で、日本語が中級レベル（私とのコミュニケーションを通じて能力は向上していきます）。
・1日に3時間程度は仕事できる人。週に一度は私とskypeでコミュニケーションをとれる方。
・日本の品質基準を理解している人。
■採用の流れ
１）私が用意するExcel形式で、テストリサーチ（10商品）をしてもらいます。
２）テストリサーチ終了後、Skypeにて面談します。
３）面談結果で採用になると、その日から作業できます。
・Japanese speakers are preferred. Must understand Chinese with mid-level Japanese skills (your skills should improve as you communicate with me).
・Can work about 3 hours per day. Can communicate with me on Skype once a week.
・Understands the quality standards in Japan.
■Hiring process
1) You will be asked to do a test research (10 products) using the Excel format I provide.
2) Upon completion of the test research, you will be interviewed on Skype.
3) If you are hired based on the interview, you can start working immediately.
