I am surprised to know that this issue has not been solved. After your request to refund, I requested Amazon to make a refund on the 22nd of April 2014. I thought that the refund was made after that. (This is what I told you before.)
So I have not received from Amazon the amount you paid, which was USD 720.44. Have you contacted Amazon? I will check with them, too. Even on my management page, it is shown that the amount USD 702.44 had been paid as a refund.
