I told Japan Post that the paint of your black guitar was removed when It arrived.
A person in charge in the post office might contact you about it.
As I insured for the item, I can issue a refund for the expense required for repairing if I receive the money from this insurance.
I applied for insurance at the Japan Post.
However, the person in charge said that a person who receives the item had to apply for the damage report to the Parce Force in the United Kingdom.
But I cannot proceed this matter if I follow it.
Could you tell me the e-mail address of the Parcel Force?
