商品が「原因不明」という理由で私に返ってきた
こんな事は私も初めてだ
今はまず12/11に発送した分が君の所へ到着するか確認させて欲しい
12/11の分が到着したら、返品された分を再度そちらへ発送する
もしも12/11の分も到着しない場合は全てのお金を君に返金する
そうならない様に君からもアメリカの郵便局に問い合わせを続けて欲しい
商品を返品した理由はアメリカ側の郵便局にしか分からないからだ
現在、新しい在庫が１つあるがこの問題が解決しないと取引できないので残念だ
問題が解決する事を願う

The product has been returned to me for "unknown reasons".
This has never happened.
At the moment, I would like to know if the shipment of 11th December is arrived at your place.
When it is arrived, I will ship the item which was returned to you again.
If the shipment of 11th December has not been arrived as well, I will refund all you paid.
To avoid this, I would like you to contact the post in the US, since they should know the reasons of the return.
Today I have a new stock. However unfortunately it is not possible to deal it with you until this problem is solved.
I hope the problem is solved shortly.

After the delivery of the products shipped on 12/11, I will reship the products which were returned.
If the products shipped on 12/11 does not reach you, I will make a refund for all your money.
To prevent this from happening, I would like you to keep asking an American post office for the information as well because the American post office is the only one who knows why the products were returned.
