We have been in business for the past 9 years and we never had a single incident with confidentiality. We give very high importance to protection of personal information since many of our clients use their VA’s to make purchases using their credit cards and use their personal information to book flight tickets etc.
3. Any information of a sensitive or personal nature that you wish to provide for your assistant to use on your behalf, will be stored in an encrypted software system.
