responsive versionに対応すると約束してからもう9ヵ月は経っていると思います。
待つだけ時間の無駄だと思います。ABCに報告すれば返金してもらえるかもしれません。

I don't think it make send for raising that question. This script does not support the responsive version.
9 months has passed since the promise on supporting the responsive version.
Time is just wasted by waiting. A refund will be issued if we report to ABC.

I think it's meaningless to question about it. This script doesn't correspond to the responsive version.
I think nine months have already passed since they promised to correspond to the responsive version.
