The receiving party shall not reproduce received Confidential Information or incorporate it into derivative works or notes unless necessary to fulfill the Purpose, and in such case, only if that Confidential Information continues to be identified as Confidential Information of the disclosing party.
受領当事者は「目的」遂行に必要でない限り、 またそのような場合であっても、その「機密情報」が引き続き開示当事者の「機密情報」と確認されている場合は、受領した「機密情報」を再生したり二次的著作物またはメモに取り込んではならない。
