届いた商品に同封されていた、日本向けLAP登録申込書の2枚目に正規販売店スタンプが押されていないため、LAP登録が出来ずに困っています。正規代理店スタンプ押印済みの登録申込書を至急送ってください。それが出来ないようであれば、改善策を提案ください。

There is no stamp on the LAP registration form enclosed in the items arrived, so I'm in trouble with registering LAP. Please send me another registration form with the stamp as soon as possible. If you can't, I need other solutions for the problem from you.

I am having a problem for not able to register for LAP because there is no authorised store stamp on the second page of LAP registration form for Japn which was included in delivered package. Please send me the registration form with authorized store stamp on as soon as possible. If it's not possible, please suggest alternatives to solve the problem.

Because the second sheet of your LAP registration application which was enclosed in the goods we received does not have your store's official stamp, we have been unable to complete your LAP registration. Please send us the registration application with your store's official stamp affixed as soon as possible. If you are unable to do so, please propose a recovery plan.
申し訳ありません。There is no stamp on the second page of...ですね。２枚目、というのを訳し忘れていました。追加をお願いいたします。
