How are they doing? It's been a long time since I last heard from them, whey are they coming to Japan?
Can they be that late?
I guess they have grown up a lot and I'm very worried.
I made an inquiry to Narita, but was told that there were no information of delay etc from USA>
Isn't there any fault in the document? Is that because the office is busy? Isn't it stopped because of illness like Ebola?
These are important matters and I must explain to the owner.
I need detailed information. If it takes longer, can I changed to a kitten born now?

Are they fine? A number of days have already passed since your last contact. When will they come to Japan?
Is it usual to be so slow?
I guess they have been growing up much, that I am very anxious about.
I made an inquiry to Narita, but they did not hear any delays in the U.S..
Isn't anything missing from the paperwork? Is it because the office is busy? Isn't it on hold for a medical inspection such as Ebola, etc.?
I have to explain it to the owner as this is an important matter.
I would like to have detailed information. If it takes longer days, is it possible to change them to kittens just born now?
