10/10 (order number 700003488) に注文した商品が本日届きましたが、注文した商品と違う商品が届きました。
CUC14-5を注文しましたが、CUH14-5が届きました。
届いた商品と納品書の画像をお送り致しますのでご確認下さい。
納品書はCUC14-5となっています。恐らく誤送かと思われます。

The product which I ordered on 10/10 (order number 700003488) reached me today which is not the one I ordered.
I ordered CUC14-5, but received.
I send enclosed the image of the delivered product and your invoice for your checking.
The invoice says CUC14-5. Probably it is mis-shipping from you.
11/11までに当店にCUC14-5が届かないと困ります。FedExで早急にお送り下さい。
送料に関しましては、当社のミスではないので、お支払い致しません。
DHLの送料を支払っておりますので、その金額でFedexでお送り下さい。
なお、誤送された商品は着払いで返送いたします。

As to the postage, I won't pay it because the mistake isn't ours.
Because we already paid the postage for DHL, cover the Fedex cost within the paid amount.
Meanwhile, I return the mis-delivered product COD.
