お世話になっております。
10/10 (order number 700003488) に注文した商品が本日届きましたが、注文した商品と違う商品が届きました。
CUC14-5を注文しましたが、CUH14-5が届きました。
届いた商品と納品書の画像をお送り致しますのでご確認下さい。
納品書はCUC14-5となっています。恐らく誤送かと思われます。

I ordered CUC14-5, but received.
I send enclosed the image of the delivered product and your invoice for your checking.
The invoice says CUC14-5. Probably it is mis-shipping from you.

We received the item that we ordered on October 10th (order number 700003488) today, but it was different from the item that we ordered.
We ordered CUC14-5, but we received CUH14-5.
We will send the pictures of the item we received and statement of deliver, so please check them.
The statement of delivery is CUC14-5. It must have been sent by mistake.

送料に関しましては、当社のミスではないので、お支払い致しません。
DHLの送料を支払っておりますので、その金額でFedexでお送り下さい。
なお、誤送された商品は着払いで返送いたします。

We ask you to send it by Federal Express immediately.
Regarding the shipping charge, we do not pay since it is not due to our mistake.
As we paid for the shipping charge of DHL, could you send it by using that amount by Federal Express?
We will return the item that had been sent to us by mistake by cash on delivery.

We will be in trouble if CUC14-5 does not reach our store by 11/11. So send it immediately by FedEx, please.
As to the postage, I won't pay it because the mistake isn't ours.
Because we already paid the postage for DHL, cover the Fedex cost within the paid amount.
Meanwhile, I return the mis-delivered product COD.
