It is Japanese public holiday today, so the customs broker is off today.
Therefore, the parcel has been safekept at Narita Airport for four days.
The storage fee is charged for this period, too.
If everything goes smoothly, the customs clearance will be completed tomorrow, and it will be delivered to the office sometime next week.
Concerning the expenses between Narita to the office, I will inform you after everything gets done.
I believe it would cost over $350 in addition to the amount I paid to you.
Please fill the deficit for the difference between the actual international shipping fee and my payment, and other fees for the tariff and domestic shipment.

If things goes smoothly and the package can pass through the customs tomorrow then it should be delivered to your office within this week.
I will let you know about all fees cost from Narita airport to your office when the delivery is done.
I think it will be at least 350$ more than the freight I have paid.
I will fill the gap between the actual international freight and that I've paid, including all other fees by the end.
