工程の終点である組立部門を出発点として、組立部門にのみ生産計画を示し、部品の運搬方法も前工程から後工程に送る方式から、後工程から必要なものを必要なときに必要なだけ前工程に引き取りに行き、前工程は引き取られた分だけ作る方式に改める。これによって管理工数も大幅に減少させることができ、直接工よりも管理工や間接工の数が多い現状を改善し、より効率的な人員の配置を行える。
We revise the production process and consider the finishing process of assembly line as the starting point. We show our production plan to workers in assembly line, and instead of sending parts from front to the end of the process, new method will be that the workers at the assembly line go to the front line and get necessary amount of necessary parts. Front line fill up the numbers of parts taken by the finishing line. By adopting this new method, managing man hour will be reduced drastically and we have more effective manpower arrangement than the previous style of having more managing position and indirect employees.
