第24回国際ミーティング・エキスポ（IME）2014の出展者説明会が10月６日、東京都内で実施され、12月９日～10日の二日間、東京国際フォーラムで「国際ミーティング・エキスポ（IME）」での開催が発表された。99社・団体が131小間の規模（10月６日現在）で展開し、来場者は3,500人が見込まれている。
今回はプロモーション・メールに出展者情報を掲載し、来場メリットを明確に訴求する。ビジネスマッチングシステムの利用案内メールを配信、事前アポイントの成立件数増加を図る。

The exhibitor briefing for the 24th International Meetings Expo (IME) 2014 was held in Tokyo on October 6th, and it was announced that the "International Meetings Expo (IME)" will be held at the Tokyo International Forum for the two days of December 9th and 10th. The participation of 99 companies and organizations in 131 booths, and 3,500 visitors are expected.

The implementation of "The 24th International Meeting Expo (IME) 2014", planned in Tokyo International Forum for 2 days, during Dec.9th~10th, has been announced and the exhibitor orientation meeting has been held in Oct.6th in Tokyo metropolitan area.
99 companies and organizations plan to exhibit in small piece dimension (as of Oct.6th) and is expecting 3,500 visitors.
We will clearly communicate the benefit of visiting the Expo by providing exhibitor's information via promotion mails.
We will also try to increase the establishment of pre-appointment by delivering mails to announce the utilization of business-matching system.
