とっている段階です

Until now I asked US domestic delivery from the manufacturer, but in order to reduce lead time and cost I'd like you to directly send it to Japan.
If we use the forwarding company to Japan, 200lbs costs $550.
It's best if shipping costs cheaper than that.
Currently we are askingfor quotations of international delivery from US delivery companies with cooperation with local partner.
I do trust ○○ so I'd like to ask to do it though.
