私も不思議に思っています。
LLサイズの紺色でしたらamazonUSAに在庫があったので（今は売り切れています）お届けが1～3日が選べたと思うのですが、LLサイズの黒はアメリカに在庫が無く日本のみとなっておりますので、海外発送には大体６～１０日程いただいております。
amazonUSAの方に確認してみます。
商品の発送は本日、10月14日（日本時間）を予定しております。

I also feel strange.
As navy blue color by size LL was in the stock of Amazon.USA (it is sold out now), you could select from 1 to 3 days for its delivery. However, the black by LL was not in the stock of USA but was only in the stock of Japan, so it takes about 6 to 10 days to send it abroad. I will check to Amazon.USA.
I am going to send the item today October 14th(Japan Standard Time).
