前回は1点あたり送料込みで$31でしたが、今回は$33です。
もう少し送料は安くなりませんでしょうか？
前回到着した商品の車輪が外れていたものがありました。
原因は、梱包箱が小さく、穴があいて車輪が外に飛び出していた事、もう一つは、箱の中の商品同士を重ねていたこと、だと思われます。
もう少し余裕のある梱包箱に入れていただき、商品と商品の間には新聞紙などの緩衝材を詰めていただくようお願い致します。
在庫があまりないようですが、今後も定期的に注文できますでしょうか？

Last time the unit price was $31 including postage, but this time it'S $33.
Will you lower postage a little more?
Some of the items delivered last time had wheels taken off.
It was because of packaged box was small so it got holes and wheels were put outside, another reason was items were piled one another inside the box I guess.
Please pack in box with little more extra space and put cushions like newspaper between items.
I see there are not many in stock, but is it possible to order on regular basis in the future?

It was $31 each including the shipping fee last time, and it is $33 this time.
Could you make the shipping fee a little bit cheaper?
Some of the products I received last time were off its wheel.
One reason was because the box for packaging was too small and had a hole, and as a result, the wheel was out of the package.
The other reason was that the products were piled up in the box, I suppose.
Please use a larger packaging box with enough space and pack newspapers or cushioning stuffs in between the products.
Is it possible for us to make orders at fixed intervals although you have a few stocks.

Also, some products we received the last time included some defective products which the wheels had broken off.
It is possible the box used for packing was too small that the wheel came out, and the other possible cause is the stacking of several items in the box.
We would like you to get boxes with more margin and have some cushions such as newspapers between each item.
