前回は1点あたり送料込みで$31でしたが、今回は$33です。
もう少し送料は安くなりませんでしょうか？

前回到着した商品の車輪が外れていたものがありました。
原因は、梱包箱が小さく、穴があいて車輪が外に飛び出していた事、もう一つは、箱の中の商品同士を重ねていたこと、だと思われます。
もう少し余裕のある梱包箱に入れていただき、商品と商品の間には新聞紙などの緩衝材を詰めていただくようお願い致します。

在庫があまりないようですが、今後も定期的に注文できますでしょうか？

Thank you for sending me the item, but there is one thing I want to make sure. The previous shipping fee was $31 including the postage, and $33 for this time.
Is it possible to cut down the postage for some amount?

Also, some products we received the last time included some defective products which the wheels had broken off.
It is possible the box used for packing was too small that the wheel came out, and the other possible cause is the stacking of several items in the box.
We would like you to get boxes with more margin and have some cushions such as newspapers between each item.

There seems to be less stocks, but could you let us know if we could place regular orders?
