We have contracts with multiple buyers. Also we have an EC site of our own with wide range of selling channels.
So we daily check the theoretical figures in stock against those on the ledger.
Also, we monthly count the theoretical figures on the ledger and actual numbers in stock so that we try our best in sending items ordered by our customers without mistakes.
Additionally, as for expensive goods, we keep them separately from other products, and by counting them daily, we avoid the risk of theft.

We have contracts with several distributers. We also run own EC site makes our sales channel wide range. So we compare the theoretical value on the book and the actual stock daily.
We are making effort to make sure sending all the orders to our customers by counting the theoretical value on the book and actual stock monthly.
Regarding of high cost items, we store them in the different place from the other items to count them daily in order to prevent them from stolen.
