私は合計567.55＄を支払っているのに、返金は何故492＄だけなのか？
（492＄返金の申し出を受けたのは、商品の返品が必要ないと思っていたから。申し出を受けた後に商品返送の必要に気付いた）
商品返送が必要なのであれば支払った全額567.55＄を返金するのが当然ではないか？
※ebayのルールで返品の送料は私が負担するのは理解しているが、売り手の過失なのに、購入時の送料まで私が負担するのはおかしい。
私はセラーでもあるが、商品に問題があった時は必ず全額を返金している

I have paid a total of $ 567.55, why refund is only $ 492?
(I accepted $492 because I thought the return of the product was not required. But I found it out the needs of the product return after accepted your offer.)
If the product to be returned, you should return full amount of $567.55.
※ I understand the rules of ebay that I have to pay the return shipping fee, however it is the negligence of the seller, I cannot agree to pay the shipping cost at the time of purchase.
I am also a seller, and I always refund in full if there was a problem with the goods.

Why I only get the refund of $492, while I payed $567.55 totally.
