English

Why I only get the refund of $492, while I payed $567.55 totally.
(No return of the item is needed, that is why I accepted offer wiht the refund of $492. However, I note that the item need to be returned after I accept the offer)
Is there no doubt that full amount $ 567.55 I paid should be refund ,as long as necessary item return?
※I understand I should pay the shippment fare to return the item, which is specified by Ebay rule. However, it doesn't make any sense the shippment fare of buyying it, due to the seller's mistake.
If I were the seller, full amount should be refund, if it is an item issue.

Why did I only get the refund of $492, while I paid $567.55.
(I thought no return of the item is needed, that is why I accepted offer with the refund of $492. However, I noticed that the item need to be returned after I accepted the offer)
Isn't it evident that full amount $ 567.55 I paid should be refunded now that the necessary item was returned?
※I understand I should pay the shipment fare to return the item, which is specified by Ebay rule. However, it doesn't make any sense the shipment fare of buying it, due to the seller's mistake.
If I were the seller, I would refund the full amount if there's something wrong with the item.

Please note that the correction may not be the best translation but necessary correction to be readable. Please check the tense and spelling carefully before submitting. If you repeatedly have such basic mistakes you won't be rated enough to be starter level. Refund is both verb and noun but if you use it as a verb you must use past tense in this case.

I meant refund should be used in past participle.
