その点は何卒御了承お願い致します。
初期不良が起きた原因、製造番号の確認、などのため
商品をこちらでお預かりしなければなりません。
この場合１ヶ月～２ヶ月の時間がかかってしまいます。
または、お客様がご承諾頂ければ即日、全額の返金にて対応させていただきます。（この場合返品不要です）

A fixed number of initial failure may rarely occur on manufacturing process of manufacturer, not that we cause it by intent. Please understand this point.
We have to receive and keep the item to confirm the cause of the initial failure and manufacturer's serial number.
