We will need information to import products into Japan.
The US delivery company mentioned that they would require an official receipt from the seller because of the US import policy.
So please kindly mail the seller to issue an official receipt.
We will list the delivered mail from the delivery company for confirmation.

We need some information in order to import goods into Japan.
As the goods will be delayed by the delivery agent in the US at the time of export
they require official paperwork to be completed by the seller (exporter) they have told us.
Could you please forward by email the appropriate official documentation from the seller please?
In order to confirm this I will include the mail from the forwarding agent.
