amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて料金調整機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の希望価格より大幅に下回りアップロードされてしまっている商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。

The reason to have many cancels this time was that there was an error for the price adjustment function when uploading items, and which caused to generate some items with the prices lower than our original suggested retail prices.

I apologize you for sudden falling down of performance in amazon USA from bottom of my heart. Again, so sorry about the cancel number went up so high.
The reason the cancel number went up is, there is an error in money control function on the cystem of uploading production in csv. And some production which has to be the normal price is uploaded as cheaper price than normal price.
