本日商品が届きました。商品を確認させていただきましたが、この商品は新品ですか？時計のディスプレイは、傷がありました。また、時計のバンドも細かい傷が多くあります。さらに、ケースは、ぼろぼろです。とても、新品とは思えないのですが？保証の記入も見当たりません。どういうことでしょうか？返品させていただきたいのですが？発送先をお伝えください。よろしくお願いいたします。

Received the product today. I checked it and I wonder if this is a bran-new product?
Scratches on the watch display and the watch band has many scratches also. Furthermore, the case is torn. I don't simply believe that this is a bran-new. I can't find the warranty eigther. What is the matter with this? I would like to return the prouct. Kindly advise me where to return. Thanks.

Today, I recieved the goods. I cheked it but is this a brand-new one? There is a scratch on the display of the watch. Moreover, there are many small scratches in its band. And the box is so worn-out. I can hardly think it is new one. I cannot find the description of the guarantee. What is going on? I want to send it back to you. Please let me know the address I should send it back.

I received the item today, and I checked it. Is this brand-new? The display of the watch has scratches, and the watch strap also has many fine scars. In addition, the case is tattered. I DON'T think it is mint. No certification card either . I wonder what on earth is the matter with this item. I want to return the article.
