本日商品が届きました。商品を確認させていただきましたが、この商品は新品ですか？時計のディスプレイは、傷がありました。また、時計のバンドも細かい傷が多くあります。さらに、ケースは、ぼろぼろです。とても、新品とは思えないのですが？保証の記入も見当たりません。どういうことでしょうか？返品させていただきたいのですが？発送先をお伝えください。よろしくお願いいたします。
