お世話になっております。何度やっても、支払いができません。EBAYで支払いをしても、PAYPALで直接支払いをしようとしても、決済ができない状態です。何度手続きをしても”ウクライナへの送金ができない”となります。私も、どうすればよいかわかりません。PAYPALにも質問したのですが、支払いはできないといわれました。申し訳ありません。どうすることもできませんので、キャンセルでお願いいたします。

Thank you for your service. I tried many times but could not make payment. I cannot send money neither via Ebay nor PayPal. I tried again and again but it says " you cannot send money to Ukraine " I don't know what to do. I inquired PayPal about this matter but they replied that I cannot make payment to Ukraine. I am sorry but since I have no solution to this matter, let me cancel it.

I tried many times but I cannot settle the payment. Tried EBY, tried PAYPAL but I could not go through. However often I may try, it shows "You cannot make a remittance."
I don't know what to do. I aksed PAYPAL but they said I can't make a remittance.
I am sorry. Since there's anymore I can do, I would have to cancel this.

Thank you for your help. I tried many times, but I can't make payment. I tried to pay by Ebay and PayPal (directly), but I can't make it. No matter how many times I try, I can only see the screen saying, "We can't send your money to Ukraine". I don't know what to do. I have already asked PayPal, and they said, "You can't make payment."
