The product you received is brand new, so it will make no difference if you exchange it for another one. All I did was change the box it comes in.
The product did not have that strange, bad smell to it originally which makes me think that something happened to it during shipping. Please understand that things like that do happen sometimes when sending products overseas.
If you want the box and the packaging it came with, I'd be happy to send them to you separately. The manufacturer did not supply any other items. The label you mentioned did not come with it.
If you are unhappy with this, please send the item back to Japan. I will give you a refund when it reaches me.
