4/25に現地で配達に行っているようですが、
その後、保管となって8/5に保管期限切れで
戻されているようです
まだ、弊社には到着していない状況です。
ご希望通り全額返金処理とさせていただきます。

According to the tracking information,
delivery was attempted on April 25 but
after that, it seems that it was held at the
shipping company and returned back on August 5
after a holding period is over.
It has not returned to us yet.

According to the tracking information, a local post office attempted the delivery of package on April 25, but it was retained at their post office for some reason. On Aug. 5, the retention period was expired, the the package has been on the way of return.
We have not received the return package yet.
We will issue a full refund as you would like to.
