故障といわれましたら修理に関するお問い合わせ窓口まで 0570-004161 お願いいたします。当店に送っていただいてもかまいませんが、メーカーへ送ることになりますので日数が多くかかってしまうことになります。

Can you please read the instruction manual carefully and check in which mode it is? If the problem still remains, kindly make an inquiry on Casio support page and they should be able to give you detailed instruction for the operation. The instruction manual number is 5302.
If they say it is defective, please call their repair center 0570-004161. You could still send it to us, but we have to send it to the manufacturer which takes longer days.
