UPSにも確認しました。
とにかく2日以内に注文した商品を発送してください。
もしできないのであればキャンセルします。

I apologize for contacting you numerous times but I have not received a reply.
I have been waiting for a week after I received word that "it has been shipped".
However, the actual product has not been shipped.
I have also confirmed with UPS.
Anyways, please ship the product I ordered within 2 days.
If this is not possible, I would like to cancel the order.
Please reply back ASAP!

I have been trying to contact with you many times, but I have heard any reply at all.
I have been waiting the package since I received information of "the shipping completed".
However, the item was not actually shipped.
I have also inquired to UPS.
