I bought a product from you, but I have not received the product even after more than two months. When I checked at the Post Office in Japan with the tracking number they said it has not left the US and is not in Japan. You should have insured the shipment of the product. Please refund the full amount I paid immediately. Otherwise, I will assume this as fraud. I have done nothing wrong. You should always contact the customer in good faith as long as you are in business.
