Should you wish to purchase Japanese products, please check the interchangeability. Some of those used items (NES, Gameboy and those old cartridge games in particular) may not come with attachments such as package, instruction manual, special gift, etc. It will take approximately 10 business days from the date of shipment. Or it may take longer when the shipping destination is outside Canada. When your item is inspected at the customs, its expenses will have to be covered at your end. Please contact us in the case of not receiving the item after 2 weeks of the shipping date as it may be involved with a delivery issue.

If you are buying Japanese product, please, check the compatibility. The second hand items (especially old cartridge game such as NES, Gameboy etc.) does not have a box, manual, privilege or any attachment. If you need them, please, contact us before purchase. The purchased items are shipped from Japan with tracking number. It will reach at your place in about ten days after shipment. If you are living in other countries but Canada, it can take more days. The custom fee will be charged to you if any. Please, let us know if you do not receive the item after two weeks after shipment, it can be some trouble in delivery.
