1と2に関しては日本制のサーバーとFTPクライアントを利用しています

今日、違う環境でも表示してみたのですが、ネットで確認すると<a class="abc">になっているのに

根本的に自分が単純なミス・勘違いをしている可能性が高いですね。もう一度、確認してみたいと思います。
