Quantity to Send
The amount of quantity that is allocated to a channel can be controlled in one of three ways:
1. Send all available quantity - This setting will send all your available quantity for each item to the channel. You should only plan to use this setting if those items are setup for one channel or marketplace only.
2. Send all available and allocated (open) quantity - This setting will send your available quantity as well as your quantity reserved for other sites.
Please Note: By selecting this setting you will be enabling ChannelAdvisor's Inventory Juggler Feature which allows you to share quantity across sites.
チャネルに送る数量は３つの方法でコントロールすることができます：
１．販売可能な商品全ての数量を送る - この設定ではそれぞれの販売可能な商品の数全てを送ります。この設定をする場合、全ての商品をひとつのチャネルかマーケットプレイスにセットアップしてください。
２．販売可能な商品から在庫においておきたい数量を引いて送る - この設定では他のサイトでの販売の為に残しておきたい在庫を商品数量全てから引いたものを送ります。
注意：この設定を選択することによってChannelAdvisor's Inventory Juggler機能がオンになり、これらの数量は全てのサイトで閲覧可能になります。
3. (Amazon and Buy.com Only) Set a level to maintain - This setting will send up to the specified amount of quantity to these marketplaces, depending on what is available. This upper limit will be set for all your items being sent to the channel. If you have fewer quantity available than the amount specified the quantity sent for that product will only be the quantity available.
o For example, maintain a level of 10 but only 9 are available for that item - 9 will be sent to the channel.
4. (Amazon and Buy.com Only) Specify quantity using a custom attribute at the item level - This setting will pull the quantity to maintain for a product from an inventory attribute.
３．（アマゾンとBuy.comのみ）維持するレベルを設定する - この設定では、販売可能数によりますが、特定された数量までこれらのマーケットプレイスに送ることができます。この上限はチャネルに送られた全商品に設定されます。もし特定された数量よりも少ない数量のみ販売可能な商品に関しましては、送られる数量はその販売可能数となります。
o例えば、レベルを１０にしたが９個しか販売可能でない場合、９個がチャネルに送信されます。
４．（アマゾンとBuy.comのみ）商品レベルのカスタム属性を指定する - この設定では、在庫属性から残しておきたい数量を引き出すことが出来ます。
This upper limit is set for each item being sent to the channel individually. If you have fewer quantity available than the amount specified the quantity sent for that product will only be the quantity available. This setting is helpful for differentiating high-volume inventory from low-volume inventory.
o For example, inventory attribute of 10 but only 9 are available for that item - 9 will be sent to the channel.
o You will need to setup a custom attribute for each item to use this setting. The update spreadsheet has attribute fields that you can use to create an attribute - an example attribute name may be BUYQTY for Buy.com.
この上限はチャネルに送られる商品ごとに個別に設定されます。もし貴方が指定された金額に相当する数量より少ない数量しか持っていなかった場合、その数量だけが送られます。この設定は在庫が多い場合と少ない場合を区別するのに役立ちます。
○たとえば、在庫の属性が10であるが9個しか商品が無い場合、9個がチャネルに送られます。
○この設定を使うにはカスタム属性を商品ごとに設定する必要があります。更新されたスプレッドシートには属性を作成することができるフィールドがあります。たとえばBuy.com用にBUYQTYという属性名を使います。
Buffer Quantity
You can also define a Buffer to keep a minimum quantity of your product in inventory. When the All Available quantity (or the Available + Open Quantity if you're using inventory juggler ) for a SKU reaches the value defined here, we will update the quantity of your SKU at the channel to "0" so that it can no longer be purchased by consumers. This setting can be controlled in one of three ways:
1. Do not set a buffer level - If this setting is used then no buffer will be created within the system when your quantity is sent.
2. Set an exact buffer level - If this setting is used then the same buffer level will be used for all your items on the channel.
バッファクオリティ
在庫を最低限残しておけるようにバッファを指定するすることもできます。もし全ての販売可能数量がここに指定されている数値に達した場合、売り越しを防ぐ為にチャネルにあるSKUの数量を「０」にアップデートします。この設定は下記の３の方法で行うことが出来ます：
１．バッファレベルを設定しない - この設定が選択された場合、数量の送信時システム内でバッファは作成されません。
２．特定のバッファレベルを設定する - この設定が選択された場合、全チャネルの全商品に設定された同じバッファレベルが使用されます。
3. Specify a buffer level using a custom attribute at the item level - This setting will pull the buffer level from each item. You will need to setup a custom attribute for each item to use this setting. The update spreadsheet has a custom attribute call BUFFERQTY that can be used.
Allocation of Quantity to Send
Traditionally, when you list an item to a marketplace, the item is allocated (set aside) to that marketplace and not available for any other marketplace. What is unique to our Amazon, Rakuten Shopping, and eBay solutions is that we allow customers to decide if they want to allocate the product which they send to the channel.
3. 商品レベルのカスタム属性を使用しバッファレベルを指定する - この設定でそれぞれの商品のバッファレベルを引き出します。この設定を使用しカスタム属性をセットアップする必要があります。アップデート表にあるBUFFERQTYというカスタム属性が使用可能です。
数量分配の送信
一般的には、マーケットプレイスに商品をリストアップする場合、他のマーケットプレイスではそれらリストアップ出来ないことになります。我々のアマゾン、楽天、イーベイの混合システムで特徴的なのは、お客様がそれぞれのマーケットプレイスに好きなだけ分配できるということです。
Please Note: While this option is available, if you chose not to allocate the product, you could find yourself in a situation where you sell more than you have available.
1. Do not allocate - Selecting this option will allow inventory to be sent to the channel and not be decremented from the item's Available Quantity. If this were selected and an item had an Available Quantity of 1, that item could be listed to another channel. Caution: Please be aware that this situation can lead to an oversell for that item. Here are some other things to be aware of when using this option:
o If the available quantity is already zero, the item will not be included in the feed. If the item is not available, we can't send it.
御注意ください： この選択肢が有効な間は、その商品を分配しないと決めれば、御社が在庫以上の数量を販売したという状況になります。
１.分配はしないこと－ この選択肢を選ぶことにより、チャネルに在庫を分配できるようになり、商品の在庫残数（Available Quantity）から差し引かれることはありません。注意： この状況は商品の販売過多を招くことになりかねません。この選択肢をとる場合に起こりうるその他の問題点には次のようなものがあげられます：
○在庫数量が既にゼロになっていた場合、その商品はフィード欄には加算されません。商品の在庫がない場合は、発送不可となります。
o If you select this option you will not see your items in the Listings > Open Listings view.
2. Allocate all products - If selected, the item quantity defined at the top of the page will be allocated and decremented from the Available Quantity. In the example above, quantity 3 would have been allocated and deducted from the Available Quantity. All of these listing can be viewed in the Listings > Open Listings view.
3. Define, at the SKU level, whether or not the item will be allocated - If you create a item level custom attribute, i.e. ALLOCATEBUY for Buy.com, you could define whether or not you want to allocate the quantity for an item at the item level.
oこのオプションを選択した場合、Listings > Open Listingsにあなたの商品が表示されなくなります。
２．全ての商品の分配：もしこれ選択した場合、ページの上部に表示されている商品数量が分配され、Available Quantityから引かれます。上の例では３つの数量が分配され、Available Quantityから引かれています。これらのリストは全てListings > Open Listingsで見ることが出来ます。
３．SKUレベルにて商品を分配するかどうかを決める - Buy.comのALLOCATEBUYなど商品レベルカスタムを作成する場合、商品を分配するかどうかをそれぞれのレベルの商品で設定することが出来ます。
The attribute that you create would contain the following values:
o True/Yes, indicating the quantity will be allocated, or
o False/No, indicating the quantity will NOT be allocated.
Please Note: ChannelAdvisor updates both quantity and price every few hours. You can initiate manual updates by submitting your Feed by going to channels > {channel} > Product Mapping > Feeds > Your Feed Name and pressing "Submit"
Pending Order Quantity (Amazon only)
When an order is placed on the Amazon channel, Amazon typically holds the order in a Pending Order state until the payment method and details can be verified.

未定の注文量（アマゾンのみ）
アマゾンで注文が行われた場合、アマゾンはだいたい支払方法と詳細がはっきりするまでその注文を未定の注文と見なします。
This process may last 30+ minutes. While an order is pending, a Seller will not consider this quantity available for sale.However, since it not a cleared order, the order is not yet in ChannelAdvisor and the quantity has not yet been updated. To accommodate this situation and to help the Seller avoid an oversell scenario, the ChannelAdvisor Pending Order Reservation Feature will evaluate pending orders held on Amazon, reserve that quantity and send quantity updates to Amazon less this reserved quantity.
One the order has cleared on Amazon, the order will appear in ChannelAdvisor and the quantities will be updated per the regular workflow.
プロセスは３０分強かかるかもしれません。注文の有無が未定となっているため、販売者はこの数量を販売可能数とみなしません。しかしなが実際は注文されていない為、ChannelAdvisorには表示されず、数量もアップデートされません。販売者がこの状況に慣れ売り越しを失くすために、 ChannelAdvisor Pending Order Reservation機能がアマゾンで未定の注文数を見積もり、その数量を在庫に残しておいた状態で数量をアップデートすることができます。もし注文がアマゾンで実際に行われた場合、その注文はChannelAdvisorに表示され、通常の流れでアップロードされていきます。

To review how your quantity is sent to the different channels/marketplaces, you can view the Inventory > Channel Quantity page as is shown here:
The above example shows that since a qty of 50 was allocated to eBay, and since the "send available + open" option was configured for Amazon, then a total of 300 (250 available + 50 open for eBay) was also sent to Amazon. This results in all 300 of that product being available for sale on Amazon, while 50 of that product is also still available for sale on eBay.

上記の例は５０の数量はイーベイにで販売されていて、「send available + open」のオプションがアマゾンによって設定されているため、全体の数量（２５０販売可能数＋イーベイの為に残しておく５０個の在庫）もアマゾンに送られます。これにより３００個をアマゾンで販売をし、残りの５０個をイーベイで販売することができます。
