今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードに対して価格の大幅なミスがあったことが原因です。
私たちの改善計画は以下の通りです。

My deepest apologies for the sudden drop in performance of Amazon America. I am sorry that the cancellation rate has increased dramatically.
The reason for so many cancellations in this instance.
The cause was the large price discrepancy when uploading the products via a csv file.
We have implemented the following countermeasures.
From now on we will increase the staff and triple check all price points and correct if needed.
