修理を依頼されておりました商品が昨日届きました。
商品の状況について確認したところ、故障していることを確認いたしました。
リューズ(つまみ)を2段階引っ張った場合、秒針が動かない状況です。
また、時刻、日付も誤作動しています。
本日、メーカーに修理を依頼いたしました。
修理に要する期間につきましては、2週間程度とのことですが、できるだけ早く修理をしていただくよう、メーカーにお願いしました。

The goods you asked to be repaired have arrived yesterday.
I am at present checking the condition, checking for faults.
When the Luze (armature) is pulled out 2 clicks the second hand stops moving.
Also, the clock time and date is not functioning.
I have asked the maker today to make repairs.
Good submitted for repair usually take approx. 2 weeks to finish, but I have asked for them to hurry as much as possible.
