悪い評価がついたのは、ほとんどが配送遅延のためです。
日本からUKに送る時の配送日数は約一ヶ月に設定されていますが、それ以外の国から購入されると配送日数がamazon側で短く設定されている事に気がつきませんでした。
The biggest reason I got bad reviews is delayed deliveries.
I was not aware of the difference of expected length of deliveries. The length is set to approximately one month when sent from Japan to UK, but shorter if purchased from other countries.
The reason why it has been bad rated is, in most cases, because of the delay of the shipment.
The shipping time is set to about a month for the shipment sent from Japan to the UK.
We, however, were not aware of the fact that the shipping time, for the purchases made other than in the UK, is set shorter by amazon,

今までは、日本郵便の送料は安いが日数のかかる配送方法で発送していました。
しかし今回それにより悪い評価がつけられることが多かったので、日本から約10日で到着する配送方法に変更します。また、購入者から配送遅延の問い合わせがあった際も、調査や返金等を迅速に行い、購入者に満足していただける対応を心がけています。
これら2つの問題はもう既に解決済で、
一ヶ月前から新しい方法に切り替えていますので、サスペンドの解除をお願いいたします。

I have chosen a delivery service provided by Japan Post which takes longer but cheaper.
However, considering those bad reviews, I will move on to another delivery service that takes 10 days or so after shipped from Japan. Moreover, I am taking care of my customers’ satisfaction by performing quick investigations and refunds when requested.
These two problems has been already solved.
Please unsuspend my account as I have changed the delivery way already.

Until now, we used Japan Post which takes long shipping time, although it is cheap.
We, however, will change the shipping method to the one which takes about 10 days for the shipment as there were quite a few cases to get negative ratings. In addition to that, for customers' satisfaction, we are trying to make sure that we implement search and reimbursement promptly upon customers' inquiries on delay of the shipment.
Since these two problems have been already resolved and we have changed it to the new method, could you please remove suspension?
