I always ship an item within two (2) days after confirming the payment of a buyer by the most faster and safe shipping method of EMS. By the EMS, it normally takes five (5) to seven (&) days to be delivered, but it was delayed for this time. I was explained by the Japan post that the reason of delay was due to the political confusion in Israel. I explained to the buyer that the delay in delivery was due to the political confusion and not my fault. Then, the Israel post attempted the delivery on May 8, but a recipient was absent from home. Three days after the first attempted delivery, the buyer left the negative feedback to me without knowing that the item was already arrived to a local post office.
I accept any negative feedback if it is because of my fault.
