私は買い手が商品代金を入金した2日後に最も速くて安全なEMSで商品を発送している。
通常EMSは5-7日程度で到着するが今回は遅れていた。原因は買い手の国のイスラエルの政治混乱であると郵便局から説明を受けた。配送の遅延は買い手の国内問題が原因であり、私に非はない事を私は買い手に説明をした。
そして商品は5/8に買い手の家に到着したが不在だった。その3日後に買い手は商品到着に気付かずに私にネガティブフィードバックをつけた。私に非がある場合はどんな評価も受け入れる

I always ship an item within two (2) days after confirming the payment of a buyer by the most faster and safe shipping method of EMS. By the EMS, it normally takes five (5) to seven (&) days to be delivered, but it was delayed for this time. I was explained by the Japan post that the reason of delay was due to the political confusion in Israel. I explained to the buyer that the delay in delivery was due to the political confusion and not my fault. Then, the Israel post attempted the delivery on May 8, but a recipient was absent from home. Three days after the first attempted delivery, the buyer left the negative feedback to me without knowing that the item was already arrived to a local post office.
I accept any negative feedback if it is because of my fault.
