Thanks for the reply, I checked the position of the pack and this is the current stat: the package has been accepted by the postal center CSI MILAN LINATE on 29-APR-2014. Then it was incorrectly sent to the postal center in CATANIA CMP SR PANAGIA CPD (south Italy) on 06-MAG-2014 instead of my address in Milan.
I opened a complaint with the Italian Postal for this disservice.
