ダメージレポートの場合、受付番号とレシートの画像等の受付書類をメールに添付して送ってください。
その後、返金致します。
商品を送り返して頂く場合は、発送時の郵便局（ＵＳＰＳ）のレシートの画像をメールにて送ってください。
確認後、返送料をまずお返しします。
残りの金額は商品がこちらに到着後、全て返金致します。
商品をチェックしまして、再発しないような対策をとりますのでご協力下さい。

To issue a refund, we need you to send us a damage report or return the item.
In case of a damage report, please send us the order number and documents such as images of the receipt in an email. Then we'll proceed with the refund.
If you decide to return the item, please send us an image of USPS receipt in an email.
We'll issue you a refund for the shipping once we confirm the image and refund the rest when we receive the returned item.
We'll make sure this type of problem won't happen by inspecting the item.
