そして、手にした情報を元に推測し、私の考えを伝えます。
BARでも「聞く事」「伝える事」このサイクルを大切にし続けました。
そして、新規・常連のお客様など「人」により「聞く事」「伝える事」どちらに重きを置くか考えながら、勤務していました。そして38人の私の顧客を作る事が出来ました。
私の素の部分は決して変えません。しかし人の雰囲気・会話・性格すべてを考慮して人に接するスタンスを変え続けます。
My arsenal contains "power of listening" and "power of communicating".
I ask people in order to find the answer to "who is he/she in front of me?"
Then, I ponder over based on the information I just got from them and tell them what I'm thinking.
I continued to cherish this cycle of "listening" and "communicating" at the bar.
Among new guests and regulars, I was working as I wondered which of "listening" and "communicating" each one of them preferred. I finally acquired 38 clients in my name.
I have never changed my original attitude. But I have continuously changed my stance to face people, taking into account all of their respective atmospheres, conversations, and characters.
