本日店で会議を開いて本件について話し合いをしました。今あなたに注文中のギターは、全て保証なしでお客に売るつもりです。必要あれば、ギターのシリアルナンバーを隠してからお客に発送するつもりです。当店に到着した時点でギターに何か不良が見つかった場合ギターのシリアルナンバーが必要になってきますので、私達はシリアルナンバーを必要とします（勿論、私達が外部にシリアルナンバーを公開する事はありません）。しかし、お客はシリアルナンバーを必要としないように私達は対処いたします。

We held a meeting at he store today to discuss this topic. All the guitars we have on order with you we intend to sell to customers with no warranty. If needs be, we can conceal the serial numbers before sending to the customers. As soon as the guitar arrives, if there are any faults found the serial number will be required for us, (we will not publish the serial numbers) however we will take measure to ensure the serial number is not needed by the customer.

We discussed this matter in a today's meeting at the store. All the guitar which I am ordering to you now is going to be sold to the customers with no guarantee. If necessary, I'm going to send to the customers with the concealed serial number of the guitar. We need serial number in the case that something bad is found in the guitar at the time it arrived. (of course, we do not publish the serial number in public). However, we will deal with customers not to require a serial number.
