上記URLにあるように、customer.idを利用すれば、いつでも好きなときに課金できるようですが、どのように不正な課金を防止しているのでしょうか? 不正課金防止の仕組みなどあれば教えて下さい。

As you can see in the above URL if you use a customer.id you can bill when it pleases you, however what measures are there to stop unauthorized charges? If you have preventative measure in place for unauthorized charges please let me know what they are.
