メーカーに問い合わせてみましたが、３点セットの中身は固定のものなので変えることができません。ですのでAをご希望のものにするならば、BとCを別々に取り寄せてセットにすることになります。
送料込みでxxxドルでよろしければ、３つ揃えて同梱でお送りします。

If you would like A, you may have to order B and C and set them.
