AWB#: 88xxの荷物の件で困っています。
荷物の中に車のBumperとBracketsが入っているはずなのに、
届いたのはBumperのみでBracketsが入っていませんでした。
これは$275.00の商品で、ボロいBumperと錆びた２つのBracketがセットになった商品です。
梱包が破れていたので、現在日本のDHLにも紛失したのではないかと、問い合わせしています。
発送の際、ちゃんとBracketsも入れてくれましたか？
荷物に入れ忘れていないか確認して至急教えてください。
I have a problem regarding a parcel, AWB#: 88xx.
A Bumper and Brackets were supposed to be in the parcel, but what I received was only the Bumper and the Brackets were not included.
The set was $275.00, and it consists of an worn-out Bumper and 2 rusty Brackets.
The package arrived damaged, so I am currently asking DHL Japan if the pieces went missing during the shipment.
Did you actually put the Brackets together in the parcel?
Please contact me after you've checked if the pieces were not forgotten to be packed.
