先日、以下のScriptのAuthorが数百の顧客のメアドをCCでバラまきました
故意ではないということですがそれからスパムメールが増えています
たぶんこのメアドのリストが売られたのでしょう
ABCでは顧客に対して直接メールを送信することは規約で許されてるのでしょうか？
またこのAuthorに対して以下のどちらかの処罰をお願いします
・このAuthorのScriptを全て削除、そして出品停止
・スパムメールを送られた顧客の返金処理
甘い処置の場合、自分もこのリストを使わせてもらいます
The author of the script below distributed the customers' mail addresses by CC the other day.
It is said that it was not intentional but since then, the number of spam emails have increased.
Possibly, this email list has been sold.
Please take the following actions towards the author:
*Delete the whole script of this author and stop displaying the script
*Refund to all individuals that received spam mail
If you decide to take these actions lightly, I will also use this list.
