私の国ではPaypalでの個人間の送金ができないため(法律で禁止されています)、他のサイトを利用して課金したいと考えています。
手動で無料と有料を切り替えられて、期間も管理者が設定できたら最高ですね。ぜひ実装をお願いします。

In my country we are not allowed to exchange money between individuals via PayPal (it’s against the law), so I would like to use other sites.
It will be best if the administrator could switch from free to non-free manually and set up the time period as well. Please work on it.

From my country use of PayPal for personal transfer is not possible (forbidden by law) . I am thinking of another site to use for the transfer.
It would be great if I could change the settings for the fee or no fee, time period and PIC. Please look into this.

As it is not legally allowed in my country to transfer money between individuals through Paypal, I want to charge you using some other site.
It's the best if I can switch between free and pay, and set the period from the administrator side, too. And I would like you to implement it by all means.
